Train with other athletes to improve your ability to produce maximal force on the field. 6-Week STRENGTH Working Group, Thursdays (Nov 7, 14, 21, 28; Dec 5, 12) 5:00 – 6:00 pm.
The STRENGTH Working Group will be focused on stimulating maximal muscle fiber recruitment and progressing 6-rep maximum lifts for the Big Five Exercises: Deadlift, Squat, Overhead Press, Bent-Over Rows, and Bench Press.
6-rep maximums with quality form will be measured pre- and post-training cycle to quantify strength changes for upper and lower body, vertical and horizontal, push and pull movements.
