Adult Fitness

Anjon is not only the ultimate training experience for players, but it is also a chance for parents to “get back in the game!”

Private Adult Fitness is available for scheduling with Brad Gieske, who 10+ years of experience in adult personal and small group training.

Together, we can:

  1. Set appropriate fitness goals
  2. Establish a training routine that includes time together and time at-home for training
  3. Utilize both the performance gym, turf, and grass spaces at Anjon Athletics to facilitate training sessions that are as fun as they are challenging. Your training preferences guide our programming.
  4. Pre-Test and Post-Test for progress toward your goals

As with many things in life:

If you have fun, you will do it more often.

If you do it more often, you will improve.

If you improve, opportunities within that activity will come.

When we move well, we feel well. Moving often, makes it feel better to move. Therefore, we move more. The opposite cycling is true that reducing movement makes it less comfortable to move and so we move less.
