Working Groups
Working groups are training sessions that collect and bring together motivated players with shared training goals from various levels of play and backgrounds to individually and collectively work toward the outcomes of their shared goals.
- POWER-focused on improvements in total body vertical and horizontal power
- SPEED-focused on improvements in 30-yd dash
- AGILITY-focused on improvements in T-Test and 5-10-5
- STRENGTH-focused on improvements in the BIG FIVE Lifts
- ANAEROBIC ENDURANCE-focused on improvements in Rugby 150 Repeat Sprint Ability Test
- ENDURANCE-focused on improvements in BEEP Test
- BALL SKILLS-focused on improvements in ball skill competencies (point of contact, posture, center of mass, momentum, angle of foot for first step with exit touch) mastered and exposure to next-level skills
- STRIKING-focused on improvements in power, accuracy, shape, and ambidexterity of strikes at goal
- PASSING-focused on improvements in angle, weight, shape, ambidexterity of passes of varying distances
- DEFENDING-focused on defending in 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 defending scenarios
- RECOVERY AND MENTAL PREPARATION-focused on improving recovery and preparation techniques for players going into their weekend game(s)
