Kenya Coaching Course Level I

Coaching Course Day 4, Playing, a Camel, and VIP New Years

It was an event-filled day…and I still am without voice. I coached an entire course solo without being able to speak to the group. This was surely a challenge. I had the other coaches coming up, then I would whisper, and they would share with the group. These are very intelligent coaches; learning very quickly about coaching. Today we focused on session building and improving session designs. Tomorrow, we will finish with periodization. Davis got our course specially recognized by the Kenyan Footballing Federation (KFK), which means that the licenses that we give for the course will be officially recognized in Kenya, which is a great blessing for the coaches. It also means that Davis will be officially recognized as a coaching educator for the continuation of the coaching course for other groups of coaches throughout Kenya.

Again, it is so late (1:33 am here in Kenya), so I will leave some words to be said at a later time.
